What others say about
West Town PT

West Town Physical Therapy is phenomenal. I can’t speak highly enough of Rachel. All of the sessions have been very personalized and individualized, and she’s able to quickly pivot from one recommended exercise or stretch to another based on what’s going on that day. I noticed improvement with my ailments very quickly, and she helped identify other areas that could use strengthening. I would 100% recommend her, and this practice. They are very caring and helpful (thanks for everything Helena!)

I had a fantastic experience with West Town PT. I worked with Erin to do pelvic floor therapy after the birth of my son. Covid makes everything a tad more difficult to figure out, but always felt comfortable with Erin in my home. She took every precaution one can and, in terms of the actual PT, was so thoughtful. Erin explained everything she was doing and we made great progress together. I’m so, so happy that I did pelvic floor therapy and feel like it should be a given for any new mom 🙂
Elizabeth T. (Chicago IL)
I started seeing Erin S. this past fall with shoulder issues and couldn’t have had a better experience. The entire staff is so sweet and knowledgeable and I was honestly sad to “graduate” a few weeks ago. I know during Covid the bar might seem low but my visits to them were definitely a highlight of my week!  My shoulder is completely pain free and my mobility is back at 100 percent. Scheduling is a breeze and I can’t recommend them enough!
